Burials and Burials of Ashes
Twyford churchyard has been declared full and is closed, but Twyford Parish Council manages the parish burial ground which is immediately adjacent, and those from the civil parish of Twyford may be buried there.
The churchyards at Ruscombe is also closed to new burials.
Burials of Ashes after cremation can take place at St James’ (Ruscombe) or the Twyford parish burial ground for those from the relevant civil parishes.
There is also a Garden of Remembrance at St Mary’s, Twyford, where ashes may be placed and a Book of Remembrance is kept in the church.
